Final reflection

This semester, I was able to increase my reading speed a lot, and can read much more Kanji now.  My intonation is improving, and I'm sometimes starting to notice when my pitch is wrong.  My conversational skills are not as good as I hoped, mostly because I didn't have enough time to practice much outside of class.  I did do most of my revised activities, though -- I usually tried to learn and use all the Kanji in each chapter, continued to shadow for PE, and tried to read the Japanese on anything I came across.
